Men's Basketball Season Tickets
All Iron Duke members at Stadium Level are mailed a season ticket application. Once all applications are returned to Duke Athletics, the Iron Dukes priority system is used to allocate available seats, starting from the top of the priority list and working down. Priority levels as of July 20, 2018 will be used. The projected Stadium Level for the 2018-19 season is $8,000/year/pair for new season ticket holders and $7,000/year/pair for season ticket holders prior to 2015. If the demand for season basketball tickets exceeds supply, Iron Dukes priority (amount of annual gift to the Iron Dukes, a record of cumulative athletics giving, plus years of continuous membership) will be used for new season ticket requests. This is an allocation; tickets are purchased separately. If you have questions regarding Men's Basketball Season Tickets, contact our office at (919) 613-7575.
Men's Basketball Individual/Additional Game Tickets
Iron Duke members are given the opportunity to apply for any individual away game tickets or additional game tickets if available. These opportunities include tickets to any preseason tournaments or certain non-conference away games. Donors requesting additional tickets for home games should refer to the Ticket Exchange page.
Men's Basketball ACC and NCAA Tournament Tickets
The projected priority level for Men's Basketball ACC and NCAA Tournament tickets is based on such factors as the number of tickets Duke is allotted, the location of the games, and the opponents. Usually, there are very few tickets available for games in the earlier rounds. Priority levels as of December 31, 2018, will be used. All Iron Dukes members will receive ACC and NCAA ticketing information in the weeks prior to the respective tournaments. Members at qualifying give levels will be able to place requests through www.GoDuke.com or over the phone through the Duke Athletic Ticket Office. Iron Dukes Membership and Season Ticket Purchase Rights
Iron Dukes members who desire to purchase season tickets to Duke Men's Basketball in Cameron Indoor Stadium or Duke Football in Blue Devil Tower must make annual contributions to the Iron Dukes in an amount determined by Duke Athletics. Under the 2017 Tax Act, all donations that directly or indirectly provide the right to seating at an athletic event in a Duke athletic stadium are not deductible for tax purposes.
Gifts or grants from the following sources may NOT satisfy any amount required to be contributed for the right to purchase season tickets in either Cameron Indoor Stadium for Duke men's basketball or Blue Devil Tower for Duke football:
• donor advised funds
• private foundations
• other charitable organizations
• employer matching gift programs
• individual retirement accounts (IRA) charitable rollovers
Duke may accept donations from these sources, but no ticket purchase rights will be conveyed. Donors may receive no more than an incidental benefit from Duke, directly or indirectly, as a result of any gifts or payments from such sources.
Donors are urged to consult with expert tax counsel regarding their specific situation.
Iron Dukes receive priority seating for football season tickets and away game tickets. Iron Dukes also receive priority seating for the ACC Championship Game and any Bowl games that Duke participates in. Iron Duke priority is determined by one's annual gift to the Iron Dukes, record of cumulative athletics giving, and years of continuous membership in the Iron Dukes. The Football Bowl Game Priority Deadline is October 31, 2018.
Every Iron Dukes member is eligible to purchase season tickets for Duke Women's Basketball games. Additionally, ample tickets have been available for pre-season tournaments, away game opportunities, and the ACC Tournament. NCAA Tournament tickets are allocated based on Iron Dukes priority. Ticket availability ranges greatly depending on location, round of play, and opponent. For ticket and travel information for every stage of the 2018 NCAA tournament, click here.
